03-2022: Roca Defisan S.L (Sevilla) (AEI: ES4012SB)- (BMSB)Treatment Providers suspension

Following the issuance of Advice Notice 03-2022 dated 23rd of December 2021, Image International would like to inform of the suspension of Spanish treatment provider - Roca Defisan S.L (Sevilla) (AEI: ES4012SB) due to identified critical non-compliance. Hence, The company will be listed as ‘suspended’ on the Offshore BMSB Treatment Providers Scheme’s List of BMSB Treatment Providers and may no longer perform treatments on Australian and New Zealand bound consignments.

The Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment and the New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries' decision is effective immediately and no allowance is made for goods in transit. Any consignments treated by Roca Defisan S.L (Sevilla) (AEI: ES4012SB) will be re-treated or exported on arrival in Australia.

This notice includes all treatment certification issued by the treatment provider both before and after the change in their status and will be considered unacceptable from the date of the suspension, regardless of the treatment/issue date on the treatment certificate.
