CMMFEU Protected Industrial Action: 18/12 to 23/12/2023

To all carriers,

The CFMMEU has given notice to DP World Sydney of further Protected Industrial Action which includes the following;

1. Stoppages of work of 2-hour duration from 0400AM until 0600AM each day starting from 0400AM Monday 18th December and finishing 0600AM Friday 22nd December

2. A ban on the loading and unloading of trucks and trains commencing 0600AM Monday 18th December and finishing 0600AM Tuesday 19th December.

3. A ban on the loading and unloading of trucks and trains commencing 0600AM Friday 22nd December and finishing 0600AM Saturday 23rd December. All Road and Rail operations will be stopped during the hours above. DPWA management regrets the impact this has on our customers’ business and we appreciate your patience as we all work through this process.

Issue Impact: DPWA remains committed to reaching a new Enterprise Agreement that delivers improved productivity and will publish updates as progress allows.
