DNATA T4 - Additional Import Processing Facility

Starting Monday 2nd May 2022, dnata is expanding its facilities by adding an Import processing site to its operations.

Terminal 4 will be operational which will break down loose cargo and make available for collection by all external stakeholders, an important advice from dnata's Sydney Cargo Operations Manager, Damian Yee.

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Sunday

Warehouse: 0700hrs to 1700hrs

Deliveries: 0700hrs to 1500hrs (last VCT created at 1400hrs)

Operational Process Flow:

• Flights in their entirety will be nominated to Terminal 4.

• Nature of goods will be general cargo only (excl. personal effects).

• When flights are nominated for Terminal 4, agents will be notified by either email or phone call that their cargo has been allocated to this site for processing.

• Slot times will be organised with the forwarders for ease of managing deliveries.

• All collecting companies will require a valid ID for collections.

• All visitors must present themselves to security for signing in and commencement of collections.

• All visitors will follow strict procedures of collection governed by dnata security guards and its employees.
