Protected Industrial Action by MUA at Patrick Terminals

On Friday 21st May 2021, Patrick Terminals advised that there may be a possible impact at each of their terminal operations as a result of the planned industrial action. This was furthered by a "Protected Industrial Action (PTA)" notification served by the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) to Patrick Terminals.
