Service Disruption to BICON, COLS, MARS, OPS, PEBS Friday 03 December to Monday 06 December 2021


In accordance with Import Industry Advice Notice 239-2021 issued by the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (the department), We would like to advise that BICON, COLS, MARS, OPS, PEBS will be experiencing service disruption to their financial capabilities effective from 12:00 Friday 03 December to 09:00 Monday 06 December 2021 (AEDT).


During the planned maintenance , Please be guided of the following:


BICON: Submission of new applications can be done but will not be able to view existing invoices or pay for previously submitted applications within the maintenance period.


COLS: Processing of payments will not be allowed by the system at the time of lodgement submission. Please make sure that there is a sufficient balance available in ICS to allow COLS lodgement submission without payment. Payments via ICS and third-party logistics software can still be made during the maintenance period.


MARS: Other activities within MARS can be performed as normal aside from Invoices. Please be reminded that all invoices will queue and be sent at the end of the maintenance period.


OPS: System will not be available to check invoice balances or pay for invoices during the maintenance period. These services can only be accessible after the maintenance period.


PEBS: Submission, Booking and/or Release appointment confirmation that requires payment will not be available during the upgrade. These services can only be accessible after the maintenance period.
